Make Another User an Administrator

In GoGuardian products, users that can make account-level changes are called Super Users. Super Users have the ability to add new users to use GoGuardian products, such as Director, modify the account settings of other existing users, and remove existing users.

 

To promote an existing user to a Super User:

1. Go to manage.goguardian.com.
2. Find the user you wish to make a Super User, and click on Edit at the right end of the row with their name.
3. In the side panel that appears from the right of the screen, toggle on the setting labeled Super User: 

4. At the bottom of the side panel, click Save:
