Thousands of Smart Alerts can be created regularly for a large district. The best way to avoid a large backlog is to effectively manage the current queue.
Smart Alerts have a much lower percentage of false positives as a result of the machine learning algorithm responsible for analyzing user browsing content.
One important step in the Smart Alerts revision process is changing the status of the alert to “Dismissed” or “Resolved.”
This can be done from the dashboard under “Active” alerts - admins can click the drop-down menu in the bottom right corner of the card for each alert for the quickest results, or open the alert and change the status of the alert after reviewing to “Resolved" or "Dismissed.”
Actively managing the status of Smart Alerts will allow admins to provide effective real-time student activity management.
